Substrate


Concrete Reinforced Bituminous Membranes 

The system is intended for use on new and existing flat and pitched roofs with limited or pedestrian access, including balconies and terraces. The systems are suitable for use on the following substrates:

  • concrete
  • reinforced bitumen membranes (including sanded and mineral surfaced).

Durability


30 Years 

Under normal service conditions, the system will have a life of at least 30 Years, provided they are designed, installed and maintained in accordance with the Certificate holder’s instructions.

Installation Requirements


The system should only be installed by installers who have been trained and approved by the Certificate holder.

Puncture Resistance


P1 - non accessible

Most Compressible Substrate (eg insulation)


P4 - roof gardens, inverted roofs and green roofs)

Most Compressible Substrate (eg insulation)


Fire Safety


When tested to CEN/TS 1187 : 2012, Test 4 and classified to EN 13501-5 : 2016, the constructions given  achieved BROOF(t4) for slopes below 10°.
