The ARBOFLEX PU Liquid Waterproofing System is satisfactory for use on pitched, flat and protected zero fall roofs with limited access, on:
• concrete
• PU insulation
• metal (steel).

Durability

25 Years 

Under normal service conditions, the system will have a life of at least 25 years, provided it is designed, installed and maintained in accordance with the Certificate holder’s instructions.

Installation Requirements

Practicability of installation was assessed by the BBA on the basis of Certificate holder’s information. To achieve the performance described in this Certificate, the system must only be installed by contractors who have been trained and approved by the Certificate holder.

Fire Safety

When tested(1) to DD CEN/TS 1187 : 2012, Test 4, a system comprising 12 mm calcium silicate board, a coat of ARBOFLEX PU and an overcoat of ARBOFLEX PU UV PROTECT, achieved a classification of BROOF(t4) under BS EN 13501-5 : 2005.
